We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during sale periods and other peak times.

UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 Working Days – £3.95
UK Next Working Day Delivery (Order before 1pm) – £5.95
FREE UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £50.

Europe Delivery: 3-7 Working Days – £9.95
Rest of World Delivery: 5-10 Working Days – £14.95

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. Goddiva is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you wish to return items from your order, please ensure you contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods to obtain a returns number.

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. They must be returned in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on any pierced earrings or bodysuits for hygiene reasons.

To return your items, please securely package them and include your completed returns form. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 3-5 working days from the date we receive your return. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
